This website is run by Community Action Suffolk on behalf of Cirican.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website.
For example, that means you should be able to:·
- zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

How accessible this website is
We know that some parts of this website are not fully accessible as set out below.
Basic website accessibility check
The Cirican website is covered under the Community Action Suffolk disproportionate burden assessment. This means only a basic check of this website has been undertaken. We have listed tests which Cirican has failed or there are issues with, and the timeframes for correcting these. We will update this information as the items which fail or have issues are resolved.
PDFs and other documents
Some PDFs have not been prepared with a view to accessibility due to their age. We believe that having to redesign every leaflet available on Cirican would be a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations. Going forward, leaflets will be designed to comply with the accessibility regulations.
How we tested this website
This website was last reviewed and tested in March 2021.
We carried out our own testing following the basic check from the Government website and using https://wave.webaim.org/
